We went through a re-brand! What changed?

We reformulated our pretzels so we are now vegan certified and we have a whole new packaging look and logo! We felt the need to refresh our packaging to something that was more expressive of the bold flavor of each bag!

Pretzel Reformulation

We removed honey from our pretzels and replaced it with date nectar to provide a low sugar, natural sweetener, that is also vegan certified.

New Look!

Our packaging needed a refresh to fit our new brand mantra  - Joyful Snacks Fit For All. This is our mantra when developing products. The end result is the most joyful tasting, nourishing & accessible snack available. We achieve this by using quality natural ingredients that are vegan, grain free, gluten free & avoid top allergens. So if you have restrictive diets in your crew, these pretzels will fit in just fine.

Same Great Flavors but Updated Names!

Himalayan Pink Salt Pretzels Twists are now called Sea Salt Pretzel Twists

Honey Mustard Pretzels are now called Tangy Dijon Mustard Pretzels. Same great taste! Just a new name.

 The bag I received looks different than what I see online

New Look! Same great taste. We are making joyful changes over here at FitJoy and that includes improving our look and packaging to illustrate our mission of Joyful Snacking! You may still see our original Pretzel bags in stores. The pretzels inside the bag have the same great taste as the FitJoy pretzels you know and love.


Do your products contain Allergens?
Our FitJoy Pretzels are developed using ingredients that are free from the Top 9 Allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, milk, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame). We carefully craft our recipes to ensure they are safe to eat, better for you, and of course, taste delicious!

Are your products gluten free?
YES! Our products are certified gluten free through the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), the leader in gluten-free certification. We meticulously source our ingredients from trusted suppliers, clean and test each piece of manufacturing equipment prior to production, and perform gluten tests on every batch of finished product.
 
Are your products grain free?
Our products do not contain grains. We go above and beyond when sourcing ingredients and developing products to eliminate grains including hidden grains found in seasonings, flavors, and yeast.

 Are your products Vegan?

YES! We are vegan certified through Vegan.org. None of our ingredients or products contain animal or animal-derived products.

 Do your Products Contain GMOs?

No! Our ingredients and products do to not contain any GMOs and are verified under nongmoproject.org

 Do you sell FitJoy Protein Bars?

We no longer sell FitJoy Protein Bars.
Here at FitJoy we pride ourselves in being a brand that provides better for you snacks.  We are now going through a transition into becoming a vegan and top allergen friendly brand. In order to follow our mantra of being Fit For All, we have decided to discontinue the protein bars as of 2020. We understand this may come as a disappointment to our loyal protein bar fans, but FitJoy is dedicated to bringing the most accessible snacks in the market, whether you have a gluten related intolerance, dairy restrictions, allergies, are vegan or are simply trying to eat cleaner.

Our peanut butter filled pretzels were a limited time offer product that we no longer sell. We know you loved them, and we did too! Stay tuned for fun new innovation coming soon.

 Do you sell FitJoy Protein Puffs?

We no longer sell FitJoy Protein Puffs. Going forward, all FitJoy products will be vegan, grain free, and free from top allergens to support our mission of making Joyful snacks that are fit for all!

Orders

Can I use a promo code on the Subscribe + Save option?

Yes! You can enter in a promo code when you order the Subscribe + Save. The promo code will only apply to the first subscribe and save order. (If you see a deal that you want to take advantage of in a future month, you can cancel or skip your subscribe and save option for that month and apply the new promo code when you check out). But by using the subscribe option, you always save 10% and get free shipping!

How do I skip an order on my Subscribe + Save function?

Log in to your account, click on “Manage Subscribe + Save,” then click on "Delivery Schedule", and finally select "Skip" next to an upcoming order.

How far in advance do I have to skip/edit/cancel my Subscribe + Save function before my scheduled order ships?

You should try to skip/edit/cancel as soon as possible, but you have until the day before your cycle starts again to make changes. Your cycle starts on the same day of your first order and continues at the interval you’ve chosen (2, 4, or 6 weeks). So let’s say you order on the 5th of the month with a two week interval, your next order would automatically on the 19th (two weeks after the 5th), and so on and so forth.

How soon can I cancel my Subscribe + Save subscription after I order?

You may cancel the Subscribe + Save feature after two (2) charges (the savings you get are contingent on your commitment to a second order). If you are only interested in placing one order, there is often a different deal running on our site that you can use.

Do you ship to Canada/internationally?

We do not ship internationally directly from our website at this time. We do have some authorized retailers, depending on the country.

How do I process a return?

Email us at support@fitjoyfoods.com. We will ask you for the order number or the name and date on the order. 

How do I cancel my order?

Please reach out to us by email or phone and we will try to cancel, depending on how far along the order process is. If your order has already made it to the warehouse, we will no longer be able to cancel and you may have to go through the refund process of sending back the bars.

How can I track an order?

Once the order has shipped, you should receive an email with the tracking number for the package. If for some reason the email gets lost or was not sent, we can provide the tracking info if you email or call us.
