I've lost a lot of weight changing my diet to white meat, fish and veggies and implementing one bar a day for breakfast. I would like to see one made without or close to no sugar. Those who know how bad sugar (or any substitute) is for you will adjust to the taste. We own a dental office and see the effects sugar has on the body and teeth. Peanut butter and cookie dough are my favorite!
